Email Texts

The system sends out emails when

someone posts an ad
someone replies to an ad
someone requests to have their ad access key resent
something goes wrong when someone tries to pay for an ad listing

You can configure the text of the email message to be used with each of these emails the system sends out. To edit the text of the messages, go to your classifieds admin options under "Email Text Settings" and fill out the options as needed:

Message body text for email sent out when someone requests their activation key resent You asked to have your classified ad activation key resent. Below are all the activation keys in the system that are tied to the email address you provided

Subject line for email sent out when the payment processing does not complete

Message body text for email sent out when the payment processing does not complete There was a problem encountered during your attempt to submit payment for your classified ad listing. If funds were removed from the account you tried to use to make a payment please contact the website admin or the payment website customer service for assistance.
