

Hi,
I recently updated AWPCP to v4.0 and as soon as I do the Classifieds menu in WP-Admin disappear. If I go to the plugins page, the plug-in shows as active. When I click on settings here, I receive an error message stating that 'You do not have permission to access this page'.
I have tried theme and plugin conflict resolution, but can't seem to find the culprit.
I would really like to use this plugin with several premium modules as this will be the perfect solution for my site, once I can get these technical issues sorted.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
WP 5.2.2, Storefront Theme

Thanks for following up here. I cannot reproduce this on my test site. Can you please verify whether removing the XML Sitemap plugin addressed this issue?

I checked, the removal of the Sitemap XML plugin does not solve the problem, anyway the plugin is already disabled,
other problem sorting ads is incorrect,

Yes, thanks for posting here. I have submitted your credentials to the developer. My guess is that something was corrupted during the upgrade.

Dear AWPCP Support ,
i've the same issue with plugin core 4.0.4 and WP 5.22
I tested with standard theme and all (others) plugin disabled but nothing is changed.
I checked also with different browsers and mobile device
Do you have other suggestions?

Thanks for posting here. I'm very sorry to hear that you also ran into issues with this! If you'd like to contact me directly with credentials, I can have a developer take a look to be sure this is the same issue as above.
Can we please get WP admin and FTP credentials to your site to look into this further?
We need the following information to debug the issue:
– A link to this forum thread
– WP admin username
– WP admin password
– WP login URL
– FTP username
– FTP password
– FTP servername/IP address
Please be sure that the FTP credentials are ones:
- That point to the WordPress install on the server
- That have full READ and WRITE access to that folder
- That do NOT HAVE UPLOAD restrictions
If we receive credentials that don't match these requirements, it will increase the time we require to debug and repair the issue.
Before you send this information, we strongly recommend that you perform a full site and database backup. We cannot be responsible for a site's contents if this basic admin operation is not performed.
