Greetings, I have a couple of modules I have purchased for a very small website I have. It only ever has less than 10 items advertised at any time because it is in a very boutique specialist market and for what I need it works perfectly. The only problem I am having is a continual nag screen telling me.....
The license for AWPCP Extra Fields Module and Mark as Sold Module expired. Those modules will continue to work but you will not receive automatic updates when a new version is available.
The problem I have is this puts itself at the top of every page when I am working on the site. Not a real big deal but on many pages it just takes over and you cannot access the information underneath. There does not seem to be any way to dismiss this message and it is starting to become really annoying because I can't access information underneath because it sometimes nests itself on top and takes over regardless of what I am doing.
Please help me find a way to remove this nag screen

Thanks for your post. Sorry that you ran into issues with this!
The obvious way to remove those screens would be to update your support! I'm not sure if you heard, but we are having a price increase July 1, so if you want to do that so that you are all ready for version 4.0 when we release it, now would be the best time to do that. The old modules will not be compatible with version 4.0 of the plugin.
Outside of that, I can ask a developer for help once we've done some basic troubleshooting.
Can you tell me a bit more?
- What version of WP are you running here?
- What exact version of AWPCP? (number, please)
- What exact version of any other AWPCP Modules? (number, please)
- Can you please provide screenshots of the error you are seeing?
We should also do a check for theme and plugin conflicts. Theme and plugin conflicts are very common in WordPress, and a conflict test is used to help determine the cause of the issue. Please conduct the test and let me know the results. Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with AWPCP, which may help pinpoint the issue: http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/how.....conflicts/
That will help us troubleshoot the issue a little faster. Please let me know.
