Hello
I have the Premium RSS installed. Everything worked out well. The link works too. (http://service-tierheim.de/?a=rss) I just click on the icon (rssicon.png) then I come to the page (http://service-tierheim.de/) I hope you have me understand.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for posting here. Sorry that you ran into issues with this!

We are happy to help troubleshoot this issue with you. Can you tell me a bit more?
- What version of WP are you running here?
- What exact version of AWPCP?  (number, please)
- What exact version of any other AWPCP Modules? (number, please)

We should also do a check for theme and plugin conflicts. Theme and plugin conflicts are very common in WordPress, and a conflict test is used to help determine the cause of the issue. Please conduct the test and let me know the results. Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with AWPCP, which may help pinpoint the issue: http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/how.....conflicts/

That will help us troubleshoot the issue a little faster. Please let me know.

Hello
I have WordPress 4.9.8
AWPCP version 3.9.3
AWPCP RSS Feeds Module | Version 3.6.2
AWPCP XML Sitemap Plugin | Version 3.7.1

I changed the theme to Twenty Eleven and turned off all plugins. Nothing had changed. The mistake was still there.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for that information.

I'd like to have a developer take a look here. Can we please get WP admin and FTP credentials to your site to look into this further?

We need the following information to debug the issue:
– A link to this forum thread
– WP admin username
– WP admin password
– WP login URL
– FTP username
– FTP password
– FTP servername/IP address

Contact us with a link to this forum thread and that information here: https://awpcp.com/contact/
