Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you ran into issues with this!
I tried to reproduce this on my test site, but could not. Can you please verify that you have a user with the Classifieds Moderator role under Users in WordPress? Also that you have Moderator notifications enabled under Classified Admin > Settings > Classifieds tab > Notifications sub-tab?
If that doesn't work, please be sure that you have the updated modules for AWPCP installed on your site. Finally, for email issues with the plugin, it's usually best to verify some things about your server, because in our experience, email problems stem from the server configuration more than anything.

Once you confirm that, it means that the email is either failing to be delivered by the server or something outside of the plugin. We use the standard mechanism for email sending through WP, but once it's sent, it's outside of our control.
Try that and report back on what you find.

Ok, I installed WP Mail Logging, and it is showing that mail is being sent to the user that submitted the ad, and one to my admin email address. I've added a second email address under Classifieds Moderator, but the plugin is not sending to either Moderator.
I made sure that I had Moderator notifications enabled under Classified Admin > Settings > Classifieds tab > Notifications sub-tab. I have Version 220.127.116.11 of the plugin installed.
Also, I created another user under the Administrator role, and that email address isn't being sent to either. The only address that receives anything is my main email account associated with the Wordpress Site (other than the users who are submitting the ads).
And lastly, I cannot get either Zapier or IFTTT to post to Facebook automatically when there is a new listing. I can go into the Classified Ads, select the listings I want to share on Facebook, select Send To Facebook Page, then click Apply and it works fine. But the automatic option isn't working even though I have it selected in Settings > Facebook.
What do you suggest? Thank you.

I'm assuming that the logging plugin does not show those moderator emails being sent? If that is the case, for both of these issues I'd like to have a developer take a look here. Can we please get WP admin and FTP credentials to your site to look into this further?
We need the following information to debug the issue:
– A link to this forum thread
– WP admin username
– WP admin password
– WP login URL
– FTP username
– FTP password
– FTP servername/IP address
Please be sure that the FTP credentials are ones:
- That point to the WordPress install on the server
- That have full READ and WRITE access to that folder
- That do NOT HAVE UPLOAD restrictions
If we receive credentials that don't match these requirements, it will increase the time we require to debug and repair the issue.
Before you send this information, we strongly recommend that you perform a full site and database backup. We cannot be responsible for a site's contents if this basic admin operation is not performed.
