When i complete the last step of the create ad process and hit the preview ad button, a popup is shown asking if I am sure I want to leave the page.

Do you know how to get rid of this popup? I have been told many of my users are seeing the same popup.

I am running newest version of AWPCP and WP

Hi Christian,

Does it happen on all browsers?

Could you send us a screenshot of the issue?

Could you also check for any conflict that might be causing this? You could follow the instructions here http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/how…..conflicts/

It seems to happen on all browsers.

You can see a screenshot at http://stidsen.dk/images/AWPCP-error.jpg   It is in Danish, however, I believe you can figure out the content.

I have tried to disable all other plugins than AWPCP and addons and also to change to one of the standard WP themes. The popup still exists. I have a development site where I have done the tests as the original site is live and I cannot do that much testing there.

The site is running the newest version of WP and AWPCP.[Image Can Not Be Found]

Hi Christian,

This is a setting at the backend when a user didn’t upload any image on the ad. Go to Classifieds > Settings > Images/Attachments tab > General and make sure ‘Show popup if user didn’t upload files’ is un-checked. That should get rid of the said pop-up.
