Hi Bebe,

Thanks for your post. 

For email issues with the plugin, it's usually best to verify some things about your server, because in our experience, email problems stem from the server configuration more than anything.

Here's an article about email delivery that you should try, including a plugin to install to track the outgoing email to confirm that it's being sent: http://docs.businessdirectoryp.....blems.html

Once you confirm that, it means that the email is either failing to be delivered by the server or something outside of the plugin. We use the standard mechanism for email sending through WP, but once it's sent, it's outside of our control.

Try that and report back on what you find.

The emails are indeed being sent, but they're being sent to a user email that's no longer registered. How can I change the email address that's receiving notifications?

Thanks for letting me know!

You should be able to change that user's email address in WordPress under Users > All Users. I would also be sure to check the address that is in the listing as well. 

Please try that and let me know if you run into more issues.
