AWPCP version: Version 3.9.5
WP version: WordPress 5.1
A detailed description of the problem, including the steps you
followed to reproduce it (VERY IMPORTANT)
Pretty simple. We add a listing. It disappears into the ether. 😐
We have NOT modified the plugin at all.

Genesis 2.8.1 with highly customized Metro theme.

Performed the plugin conflict check. I deactivated all other plugins. Mixed results:

    • One of our issues that I forgot to mention before is display of an individual listing detail does not work. I click on a listing from the browse list and the browse page just refreshes. THAT issue went away when the other plugins were deactivated. I can now display the detail for an existing listing.
    • I still cannot add a new listing.
    • Another symptom that I forgot to mention earlier is when I try to add a photo to a new listing I receive the following error:

No Listing was found with id: 0.

I still get this.

I switched to the Twenty Seventeen theme… no change. Still cannot post a new listing.

Hi Mark Whitted,

Thanks for following up on the forum. I had asked in our email thread if you could verify that you are running PHP 5.6 or higher. Have you been able to determine that?

I also need to know that you have deactivated ALL other plugins and switched to TwentySeventeen. The issue should not be there, as AWPCP is tested to work with default WordPress themes.

Then, as you turn on other plugins one by one, you should be able to identify when the problem comes back. I'm not sure what you mean by mixed results, but you should be able to pinpoint exactly which plugin is causing the issues. Once that's identified, you can determine the next steps. Do your testing in a private browsing window or incognito window, to avoid seeing any cache issues.

Please try that and let me know what you find, either here or via email.
