Hi, I am just exploring your plugin to see if it meets the requirements of a new customer of mine.
They run a website for Motorhome enthusiasts and want to offer classifieds to their members and non-members. Full membership to their site costs £10 per year.
Is it possible to allow full members of their website to post ads for free whilst also offering non-members to place ads at a single price per ad?
I am confused as I understand that you need to be logged in to place an ad, so do not know how to control who gets charged and who doesn't...
I believe they already use a plugin called s2MemberPro which can be used to block certain pages depending on what paid level of membership they have..
Perhaps you could let me know if this is possible? Thanks in advance,

Thank you for your post.
Right now, AWPCP doesn't have a way to block some actions for some users and not for others by default.
However, you could set your site up to take both currency and credits, then give your members free credits to use.
Since you're using the membership plugin, you'll want to update the login and registration URLs in AWPCP. That setting is under Classified Admin > Settings > General tab > Registration sub-tab.
Please note: We integrate with ANY membership plugin that correctly adheres to the WordPress Codex implementation of the login and registration API for WordPress. That means a membership plugin must correctly handle the “redirect_to” URL parameter as noted in the codex. I believe S2 is one that does.
The documentation for the credit system is here, though some of the screenshots are out of date (we are updating the docs for 4.x): https://awpcp.com/knowledge-base/awpcp-credit-system/
I hope that helps.
