Is there a way that payment plans are only shown if the ad submitter completes added field a certain way?

I'd like the submitter to respond "yes/no" to whether they are a member or not, and then add their member number.  I don't want them to have to pre-pay if they say they are a member and they add a member number.  I purchased the added field module for this purpose not realizing that I couldn't use it in the plan logic.

Since I'm moderating the classifieds, I can verify their membership and if they aren't active members I can let them know they need to choose a price plan.

Right now, this is something that AWPCP does not support.

I can certainly see how that logic would be useful. With a small team and a big product roadmap, we have to pick new features based on the value they'll add to the most users possible. We'll consider these for future development, but we can't make any specific promises on timeframes right now as we definitely have a full plate of things people are asking for.

Thanks for following up here.

Yes, you can do this. When you add a new fee plan, you can choose the categories it applies to. You can do this under Classifieds > Fees > Add Fee Plan. Once there, select the categories that the fee plan, whether free or at a cost, applies to.
