Hi:First timer here.

I have a classified web site and I am trying to get of the ground.  I have downloaded this plug in.

I am looking for some additional menus to add on to the site.
I want to add an edit menu and a delete menu so when a prospect has logged into there account they can either edit the add (change price etc) or delete the add if the items sells.

I currently have it set up where an email is sent to the prospect, but they lose the email.  I do not like this setup..

Are there such menus that I can add to my site so the prospect can physically click on a menu and do what they need to do to the add?

Regards,

Wayne.

Hi Wayne,

Which version of WP and AWPCP are you using?

You need to have registration turned on for users to be able to edit their ads directly on your site. That should be under Classifieds > Settings > Registration tab. You need to check ‘Place Ad requires user registration’. In that manner, users are able to edit the ads directly upon hitting on the Edit Ad menu.

This is what I am using – Thanks.

Hi Wayne,

You missed answering my question – which version of WP and AWPCP are you using?

Is the ‘Edit Ad’ menu not showing at all? If it isn’t, go to Classifieds > Settings > Ad/Listings tab > Menu Items at the bottom. Make sure you have all the menus activated.
