Extra Fields are great to add additional form fields in AWPCP. But it turns out that MySQL imposes a limit on the number of columns that a table can have.
This limit exists in all current versions of MySQL. Unfortunately, AWPCP can’t control that limit, so if you exceed it, you will likely see errors like this:
The only way to work around this is to delete the field that is causing the problem from the Extra Fields admin panel (the example above shows ‘field_name’).
